Twitter can go viral bringing thousands in one day but is unpredictable. LinkedIn works best for professional or business content. Instagram brings least direct traffic but is good for brand building. The recommendation is to use all platforms but focus 60 percent of effort on the platform where your target audience is most active.

Q: Do I need to promote EVERY article I publish or just some of them?

Ideally you should promote every article using at least a basic version of the 7-day system. If you publish very frequently identify your pillar or cornerstone articles with highest value and give them full promotion treatment. For other articles do lighter promotion with just Day 1 to 3 activities. But never publish without any promotion. Even small effort is better than nothing.

Q: Will republishing my content on Medium or LinkedIn hurt my Google rankings?

No if you do it correctly. The key is canonical link. When you republish on Medium use their import story feature which automatically adds canonical link to your original post. Nigerian Tip: Schedule posts for 6-8 AM, 12-2 PM, and 6-9 PM — peak Nigerian internet usage times.

This na my most-used tool. I create ALL my social media graphics, quote cards, Instagram carousels, and Pinterest pins here. Free version get thousands of templates. Just customize with your blog colors and content. Takes 5-10 minutes per graphic instead of hiring designer.

✂️ Kapwing (Free for Short Videos)

Turn your blog posts into short videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts. You fit use am to add captions to videos, trim clips, add music. The free version get small watermark but e no too show. I use am for all my Reels.

My Weekly Automation Routine

Example 5: Sunday Content Prep Session (2 Hours)

4:00 PM - Content Audit: Review articles I go publish this coming week. Pick the 2-3 wey I wan promote heavily.

4:15 PM - Graphic Creation (Canva): Create 15-20 social media graphics for the week — quote cards, stat cards, carousel slides. Use templates, just change text and colors. Download all.

5:00 PM - Caption Writing: Write 20-30 different captions for different platforms and angles. Save them all in Google Docs.

5:30 PM - Buffer Scheduling: Upload graphics and captions to Buffer. Schedule for optimal times throughout the week.

6:00 PM - Done! Rest of the week, I just need to engage with comments and do Day 3-7 advanced tactics. The daily resharing? Already automated.
